Hi,

I have installed the agent on PCs by agenstaller manually from a USB driver.

I have received data for few hours and then it stopped. I can see the computer in the main tab but when i click on"connect to.." it says that there is no connection, and that i should enter the new IP address".

My questions are:

- is this due to the user doing something on the computer?
- is it a matter of antivirus?
- can i prevent this from happening?

Hi,

It's about one week I try to get BBP to work but it seems impossible.

My problem it that it starts and stops recording information when it likes and I am not able to control it, it may be me but I think there is a lack of information about FAQ and instructions.

If BBP keeps working this way it's absolutely of no help and use to me.

Please help.

Looks like it requires some troubleshooting and it would be better to do it using email.

Hi Joe,

I did as you said but the answers are not helping some suggest it's normal.. other avoid the question.

At this point I think I'll try to re-install software and agents otherwise I just change software.
