ASM Software announced the release of BlackBox Security Monitor Professional, a new monitoring product designed for most comprehensive recording of user activities and automatically categorize them. I am IS manager for a call center and am considering this as a monitoring solution; However, I have seen several issues with logging skype chat on the forum and no resolutions posted. As our center requires logging for both skype and google talk, I am somewhat leery. Please advise and comment on the voip capture capabilities with skype and if it will also support voip recording for google talk.
