I have installed the BB PRo agent on 2 computers on my network. The problem I am haveing is that not all the keystrokes and not being detected. Both computers are using USB keyboards, could be the problem? Another question.. I noticed that even the BB Pro does not log the web chat (ex. facebook, myspace, ect..) Is that something that will hopful be seen in a patch?

Yes I do, in the summary it only shows 1 keystroke being pressed today, but when i look at the screen caps it shows where the user has typed alot of things.

I am seeing this same issue using a wireless keyboard. Seems a lot of the keystrokes do not get logged, but the screen shots show it.

The additional web chat boxes for other programs would be a nice thing as well, as that text dosn't seem to show or pop up under the IM.
