Since the acquisition it is not possible to add the computers that will be monitored because the application can not access the machines for this, as shown below. The computers are in a domain environment called fiel.local. After opening the application (already licensed) is requested to add computers in order to be monitored as shown below.


Note that where the field name server name is automatically named by the Blackbox application the computer that will view the others as well as the port number was also informed by the Blackbox application.


After choosing as an example, the computer named sales1 was asked for a user and password that we believe to be the administrator of the network (note that the user currently logged on to Windows, called support, is an administrator user).


The user support (administrator) and the default password that we used to authorize the installation of applications was informed and did not work as shown below.


Soon after we test using the full domain name followed by the admin user (fiel.local \ support) followed by the password as shown below.


Again we do not succeed as pictured below:


And finally we use only the domain name and the user support (faithful \ support) as shown below:


And again we did not get any results as shown below:


We asked for a solution to this problem, please
